it takes a village. here’s yours.
we’ve all heard that it takes a village to raise a child. But what happens when that village doesn’t quite show up the way you imagined?
mommyyeah is about creating a different kind of village. small, consistent groups of moms who come together to talk about everything motherhood brings with it a place to vent, celebrate, laugh, listen, and have conversations that go beyond the everyday.
no pressure to have it all together. just a place to show up as yourself.
you’re in early. we like that.
we’re bringing together the very first mommyyeah groups, and we’d love for you to be a part of them.
six weeks of real conversation, new connections, and 75 minutes each week that are just for you. we’re starting virtually, with bigger plans to bring this community together in person around decatur and intown atlanta.

what to expect
let’s get one thing straight: mommyyeah isn’t a parenting class. we’re not here to teach you how to raise your kids, hand out advice, or give you another list of things you should be doing.
our groups are built around conversation, not instruction.
each week, we’ll start group with a check-in and a question or topic to get things going. from there, the conversation takes its own shape. sometimes that means talking about relationships, identity work, or the challenges of motherhood. other times it’s celebrating something exciting, laughing about something ridiculous, or just getting something off your chest
a facilitator is there to guide the conversation, make room for different perspectives, and help everyone feel more comfortable participating.
you don’t need to prepare anything, have the right answers, or even have something specific you want to talk about.
just showing up as you are is perfect.
because there’s more to talk about than the kids.
the conversations
motherhood is part of who you are, but it isn’t the whole story. our conversations make room for everything happening in your world, whether it’s something big, something small, or something you haven’t quite figured out how to put into words.
what might come up
relationships + marriage
mental load + expectations
identity beyond motherhood
friendships + family
careers + ambition
changing seasons of life
mom guilt + comparison
the things nobody warned us about
save me a seat
interested in joining one of our first conversation groups? tell us a little about yourself and we’ll let you know when registration opens!
not every mom is in the same chapter.
from the early years to raising teenagers, navigating grown children, and every stage in between, motherhood looks different for everyone.
that’s why we take the time to get to know you before placing you in a group. we consider your stage of motherhood, experiences, preferences, and availability to help find a group where you can feel comfortable showing up.
